Western Railways issues tender for advertising

16th May 2008, Mumbai: Western Railways, Mumbai Central Division has invited sealed tenders for bulk advertising rights for the following mediums: Luggage transfers inside EMU rakes. The reserve price for the first year is Rs 166,63,680 and the Earnest Money deposit is 16,66,368. The contract is for three years. The tender form costs Rs 10,000. For vinyl wrapping of exterior of 9011/12, Gujarat Express the reserve price for the first year is Rs 6,75,000 and the Earnest Money deposit is 67,500. The contract is for one year. The tender form costs Rs 3,000.

For bulk advertising rights of vinyl stickers on the windows of the Garib Rath Express the reserve price for the first year is Rs 3,75,000 and the Earnest Money deposit is 37,500. The contract is for three years. The tender form costs Rs 2,000.

The tender form will be issued from May 20 to June 10, 2008. The tender document needs to be submitted by 2:30 PM on June 10 2008. The tender opening date is June 10 2008 at 3:30 PM.
