APSRTC issues tenders for grab handles

6th November 08, Hyderabad The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has issued tenders for the appointment of zone wise licensee for provision and maintenance of grab handles in return for advertisement rights on them. The grab handles of international standard and design will be in the buses at Hyderabad City Zone, Hyderabad (Rural) Zone Karimnagar Zone and Kadapa Zone. About 25 grab handles need to be provided in each zone. The handles will have a built-in space to display advertisements.

The contract will be for a period of six years. Tender forms are available from October 15 to November 10 and can be obtained at a fee of Rs 1,120 paid to the Financial Advisor, APSRTC. The tender form can be downloaded from www.apsrtc.gov.in. The tender form will be received on November 11 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Chief Commercial Manager’s office at Hyderabad and would be opened at 3:00 pm. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for each tender is Rs 1,00,000.
