Gurgaon FOBs acquired

The Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon had opened a tender for Foot Over Bridges where in a total of fourteen FOBs spread across prime locations of Gurgaon like, IFFCO Chowk, Shankar Chowk, Udyog Vihar, Maruti Chowk etc were opened for acquisition. The tender has been alloted in three groups A-C, out of which Pioneer Publicity has acquired Group A FOBs, Group B has been acquired by Laqshya Media and NS Publicity has taken up Group C. The properties have been alloted to the media owners for a period of approximately 20 to 25 years. These media owners will be responsible for building and maintaining the FOBs. Pioneer Publicity has availed locations like Shankar Chowk, IFFCO Chowk, Udhyog Vihar and is entitled to pay 1.56 crores, Laqshya Media has captured locations like Sohna Road, Rajiv Chowk, and Mahavir Chowk and has to pay Rs. 70 Lakhs per annum and NS Publicity has taken up IFFCO Chowk Metro Station and Gallaria Market at 68 Lakhs per annum.
