Western Railway issues tender

7th August 2008, Mumbai : A tender has been issued for sole advertising rights of the entire suburban section of Mumbai division of Western Railway (Churchgate to Dahanu Road) Tenders are expected to be in Packet A and Packet B separately. Packet A will contain technical bid and Packet B will contain the financial bid.

The pre bid meeting is on August 12. Tender documents will be available until 12 noon on September 8. Packet A of the tender will be opened on September 8 at 3:00 PM. The Reserve Price for the first year is Rs 52,21,00,000. The Earnest Money Deposit is Rs 1,04,42,000.

The following advertising media has been sanctioned: Boards, glow signs, scrollers, electronic moving display, trivision, showcases, balloons, unipoles, LCD and plasma screens, video walls, hoardings, boundary walls, painting, provision of bill kiosk boxes etc.
