Tender issued for Hyderabad stations

July 14, 2008 Hyderabad:The Divisional Railway Manager, Hyderabad Division, South Central Railway, Secunderabad has called for sealed tenders for the contract of sole advertising rights of Hyderabad Division under the two packet system for a period of five years. The bulk rights of publicity includes all types of media namely, hoardings, glow signs, neon signs video walls, different forms of electronics publicity rights, unipoles, trivision, showcases, balloons, advertisement near level crossing gate, approaches to stations etc. The cost of the tender form is Rs 11,240 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Rs 6,51,982. The bank solvency amount is Rs 1,30,39,645 and the reserve price is Rs 3,25,99,113. The security deposit is 10 percent of the license fee of the relevant year. The tender form will be issued till 1:00 P.M on July 31. The last date to submit the tender form is August 1 by 3:00 P.M. The tender forms will be opened at 3:30 on August 1.
